· Additional delivery charges may be required for Scottish Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Ireland. VAT is to be added to all displayed prices.
· Orders that are refused delivery or returned due to the customer 'changing their mind' will be charged a minimum of 20% of the total order amount. The customer will be required to pay the delivery charge for returning orders.
· Any items to be returned must be in the condition in which they were received, charges may be incurred for items returned damaged or with missing parts.
· Any returns must be confirmed with The Chair Clinic before hand. Returns must be arranged within 7 days from delivery.
· Chairs are supplied with a 1, 2 or 5 year warranty depending on the chair model for parts and components (whilst used under normal conditions and during a conventional working day). The warranty length is shown against each particular chair model. We will rectify any chairs received faulty or damaged or chairs that develope a fault (whilst under warranty) in the fastest time possible. We will supply replacement parts where possible and where reasonable for the customer to replace these parts before collecting and replacing a complete chair.
· All discrepancies/damages must be notified within 24 hours of receipt.

The Chair Clinic Ltd would like to inform their customers that none of their personal information is sold/distributed to any third parties unless required to do so by law.
1) We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.
