Please note;
THERE ARE NO SERVICEABLE PARTS ON THE FREEDOM 2.0 ADVANCED ARM ASSEMBLY. IF ANY COMPONENT IS DAMAGED THE COMPLETE ASSEMBLY MUST BE REPLACED.
For all chairs built before March 2013 that have the previous version advanced arm it has been discontinued and is no longer supported. If parts are requested for a chair that was built before this date, it must be replaced with a Retrofit kit.
